A small advice, maybe it helps. When you do the end scene ( with the 3 info points) add a sound and maybe a visual transition. Now it feels like the video ( that feels fast ) stops dead in its tracks and then restarts after a few seconds. Having a transition sound like dunno a flame or thunder passing w/e you are better at this than me :)) can keep up the energy between sequences without stopping the flow.
Also a small pointer its good if the 2nd transition starts with a predefined phrased like : In summary x y z / All in all we have x y z / Long story short x y z ( these are some ideas to help), so it marks the change and preps you for a more bullet point presentation ( compared to a more free flow presentation in the 1st part of the video) .
The reason i say this is because the 1st part feels like it flows fast and continuous and then you have a sudden stop that feel out of nowhere and then feels like a slow line read compared with the 1st part.
