Pay to win in my eyes is exp boosts, gold and loot drops, level boosts, this minor buff in a grindy Korean game is not going to make it or break it for me

Lol as a guy who played BDO for the last 3 to 4 years and only spent 90€ on it for a camo two guillies and a tent ⛺ I really can say I can avoid the P2W thing, apart from that it's a free to play mmo you can download it and try it if not I just delete it so no risk I can detect here to be honest, worst case scenario I'm going back to BDO 🤷

Every person who played the betas knew Luminous were going to be in the cash shop, whats the surprise? We were so happy with the latest beta and its cash shop but when they release the game it becomes "alarming"? People are so over sensitive with "p2w" nowadays that if you lose to a player with 100 more atk than you by spending hundreds of dolars, its because he's p2w and not because you played worse. ( even tho you acquire luminus ingame as well).
Yes it gives you stats if you buy hundreds of it and combine them, but at the end of the day… its as pay 2 win as buying a mount that runs faster in FF XIV, once you hit endgame.
We are getting to a point where people will start caling cosmetics p2w and making videos about it cuz it scares normal players from getting into a fight with the shiny armor guy.

I honestly am just playing it to hold me over till endwalker so I'm fine if I get a month of playtime out of this, I'm having a decently fun time with it
I've accepted that most Korean mmorpgs have some cash shop advantages. I'm not looking to "be the best like no one ever was", just have fun. Studio needs to make money too, so whatever. As long as there's more than 4 hours of content like most new mmos, I'm fine.
Yes, you can get Luminus in-game, but it will be slow.
The chat seems to be really toxic about game being super p2w, when thats totaly false.
And it is very clear that many have no idea how everything really works, but choose to be negative just bc…
The Luminus is to a scale from 1-10 p2w i would give it maybe a 3.5 or 4 out of 10

The agent outfit is free if you pre registered the game before the 19th October. Don’t waste your money if you’ve already pre registered
Lumi pets are 100% farmable with arena. Also they nerfed the stats they give compared to the Korean version. You can also take out all the RNG by collecting enough pets. The p2w isn't really there.
Solution. Quit funding mmos that are predatory. FFXIV is not predatory, neither is ESO.

I wonder how Accuracy and Projectile Damage are not affecting a Mage? I mean, I don't know what kind of Mage you're, but I can't think of a Mage that is not at least able to shoot a fireball.
The fireball itself is a projectile and uses Accuracy to hit a target, except you use Elsword – Element Magician's homing white ball of spam.
There is nothing in that shop, that i didn't see in any other generic mmo. Seeing that, I am definitely not getting this game.
